Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the Chromya website, an online store specializing in the sale of jewelry and fashion accessories .

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


Article 2 – Products

The products offered are jewelry and fashion accessories.

The photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may show slight variations (colours, dimensions, rendering), particularly due to shooting conditions or screen display.

These variations cannot under any circumstances constitute grounds for a claim or refund.


Article 3 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding any delivery charges.

Chromya reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.


Article 4 – Order

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.

Chromya reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or prior dispute with the customer.


Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The available payment methods are those offered on the site via secure payment platforms.


Article 6 – Delivery

The products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Between 7 and 20 working days , depending on the destination and the carrier.

These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended due to:

  • customs procedures,

  • periods of high activity,

  • events beyond Chromya's control.

Chromya cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers.


Article 7 – No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, returns for reasons of personal convenience (change of mind, item not to like, error of choice) are not accepted .

As the products are shipped directly from the suppliers, no returns will be accepted if the product is not to your liking .


Article 8 – Defective or damaged products

A refund or replacement may be granted only in the following cases :

  • Product received broken.

  • defective product

  • Product error.

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt , providing:

  • clear photos of the product,

  • the original packaging,

  • the order number.

Without photographic evidence, no claim can be accepted.


Article 9 – Refunds

After validation of the claim, Chromya will proceed as follows:

  • either a refund,

  • either to a return of the product,

within a maximum period of 14 days .


Article 10 – Liability

Chromya cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

Chromya's liability is limited to the amount of the order.


Article 11 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.


Article 12 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
